...Mijas...

one night during our two week holiday, i gate-crashed the adults night out. as i'm the oldest out of the children in our group, i can easily flit between hanging with the 'grown-ups' and the the younger ones. who in fact are only younger by about 2-4 years. so, we went to a little village, which was 20 minutes drive from our villa, called mijas. very spanish, with the white, stone buildings, tiny off beat streets, lots of resturants. that evening made a welcome change from the nights spent in. i could not recommend this place any higher. if you're ever in the south of spain check it out. below of course are some images i took.

i may not have blogged for a while but i have defo thought about what i could write about whilst away, and mijas is one of those things. one thing that was so appealing to me, were the views. we went there last year and it was stunning. unfortunetly i did not have time to take any photos this year. i'm sure if you search mijas online you will find some...
